Academy of Civil & Interior Supervisor

Academy of Interior and Civil Supervisor (AICS) has been set to bridge the gap between theoretical studies and the practical work field in the trade of interior decoration and civil construction.

It has been seen that the students, who comes out from a diploma college or an institute does have the knowledge that how things work but had never seen in the field how it works. Usually they try to solve a problem by the theoretical knowledge leads to a mismatch scenario and mistakes.

Who can enroll?

All students of diploma and certificate classes of interior design and civil construction. Students of pass out from secondary exams. And any persons with capability of understanding the course materials, lectures, and be able to listen and learn and write. The communication medium is English.

AICS teaches each and every subject relates to Interior and Civil construction work at lecture classes dealt by several different experts in the trade and also by hand to hand practical classes, provided with the samples of different materials, explained in details about those materials.

After the course class, the student’s groups are sent at the real work site of different kind of work to face the real activity of a site supervisor. The students of AICS will be directly involved in the practical work field, in single or in groups, from small to big magnitude project, at the end of the course for one month.

At the end of the course there will be one examination in written, practical and discussion session. To secure a pass mark, one has to obtain a minimum 70 % in each session. Securing 70 % marks and above with the diploma certificate signed by some eminent Architect will put them in the first row of eligible candidate for a job in the trade. Marks not arriving at 70 % will only be available with the diploma certificate but not signed by the architect.

A hand book is provided which is also a ready reference manual, helps in future to find out ways and clues of any work procedure stuck up at the middle of the way.
